New Life, we are so grateful for the generosity that you regularly show our family. We are thankful to be apart of your lives and our desire is to serve you for the sake of the gospel.

 I am confident that you love the Harmon family because the love of Christ in you. As I think about our relationship I am reminded of the relationship that the apostle Paul had with the church at Colossae.

Paul played a significant role in starting the church and because of his ministry to the believers in the church, God established a close relationship between Paul and the believers at Colossae.  Consider Colossians 1:3-6

We give thanks to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you, since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and the love which you have for all the saints; because of the hope laid up for you in heaven, of which you previously heard in the word of truth, the gospel which has come to you, just as in all the world also it is constantly bearing fruit and increasing, even as it has been doing in you also since the day you heard of it and understood the grace of God in truth; ​

As you examine his prayer you will recognize that Paul is praying for the Colossians to have true, complete knowledge of God’s will, enabled by the Holy Spirit, with the ability to comprehend spiritual truths and apply them to their lives. Please know this my prayer for you as you continue in the faith. It is a joy to serve you and do life together.
