Janie Chapman Offering
The Janie Chapman Offering, organized by the Woman's Missionary Union of South Carolina, supports missionary work across the state and beyond. It funds local churches, missionaries, and mission-focused events, emphasizing collective efforts under the biblical theme "We Are Better Together." Annually, this offering includes a Season of Prayer for State Missions to unite supporters in focused prayer and support. Contributions can be made online, through local churches, or by mail, directly aiding the expansion of gospel outreach. More details and donation options are available on the South Carolina WMU website.
Annie Armstrong Offering
Lottie Moon Offering
The Lottie Moon Christmas Offering is an initiative named after Lottie Moon, a Southern Baptist missionary who served in China from 1873 to 1912. Recognizing the urgent need for evangelism and missionary support, Moon wrote letters to American churches to describe the need for a greater missionary presence and to urge for increased prayer and financial support. Her call for assistance and advocacy for missionary work led to the establishment of the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering. This offering is a significant effort to provide financial support to send and sustain more missionaries around the world. [""]
This is an offering New Life takes part in around Christmas.

City Serve
City Serve at New Life provides an opportunity for us to live out our faith and represent Jesus’ love to those in need in our community. We seek the “peace and prosperity” of our city by serving our neighbors in practical ways. We identify several different opportunities to serve in the Goose Creek area, and collaborate with other ministry partners.

Serving those who serve
We recognize that many men and women within our community put their lives on the line every day. The first responders and Civil Servants of Berkeley County have a challenging job that regularly places them under enormous mental and physical pressures. As a church we want to say thank you for the job you do at keeping our community safe. Serving those who serve is our way to provide support and encouragement to the various law enforcement agencies, emergency medical services, fire departments and other first responders throughout Berkeley County.
The serving those who serve events are scheduled at specific times throughout the year for these men and women to come and enjoy a hot meal and encouragement. At these special events the civil servants of our community are invited to our facility as we open our kitchen. During this time we have volunteers available to greet those who attend and provide an assortment of food and desserts for all to enjoy.
