What is your Sunday service schedule?
Every Sunday at 9:45 a.m., we start our time together in Sunday School. It is there, we believe, you will find lifetime friends, opportunities to serve, and Biblical teaching that will change your life. We have several classes available and we encourage you to try them each until you find the one that fits you best. Following Sunday School at 11 a.m., we join together in the Sanctuary for a time of Worship and hearing from God's Word. We also meet at 6 p.m. for evening Bible study. During the Worship hour, children are encouraged to meet in Room 102 for iWorship which is hosted by our iKids Ministry. This is a time for them to take what they learned in Sunday School and break it down further in a fun and interactive method.
Which door should I enter when I arrive?
We have two entrances, the one closest to the playground is the entrance to our fellowship hall and the second one is just to the left of that on the adjacent building, which is our Worship Center. You can enter either door but the entrance to the Worship Center is your best bet. Once you enter, just take a left past the men's restroom and you'll be in the Sanctuary!
What do I wear?
We don’t have a dress code at NLBC. You will see people in everything from shorts and jeans to suits on Sundays. We believe that God cares more about what’s on the inside, so come as you are--whatever makes you comfortable.
Where do I park?
We set aside reserved parking for first time guests in the first row of parking in front of the main building and we welcome you to use those, however, you are free to park in any spot that suits you.
What are your Sunday services like?
Spirit-led and Spirit-filled! Let’s face it, we've got a lot of competition--you could be at the lake, on the golf course, doing yard work or, even, sleeping in. That’s why we work hard to make your Sunday morning experience the best day of your week. For a sneak peak at some of the songs we sing during Worship, check out our New Life Song List!
Is there anything for my children?
Of course! Our kids program covers engagement for kids from newborns through 5th grade. Their time is spent together in Sunday School and Worship with a creative and high-energy design in place for each of the age groups.
How do I join your church or become a member of New Life?
To become a part of our family, we encourage you to come forward during the invitation time and speak with our Pastor, or call the office one day during the week, and we'll will walk you through the process.
Is anyone allowed to come to your church?
Here's a quick YouTube video that really depicts how we would answer this question!
